Javier joined FCS in January 2023 as Administrative Manager. He assists COO Greg Spears with the branch’s operational, compliance, marketing and technology needs. His past experience in wealth management operations and trading across several firms brings value to the FCS team.
Javier is a KC native who enjoys attending Chiefs and Royals games and concerts at the Kauffman Center. Javier supports local performing arts and theater and has played piano and woodwinds for over thirty years.
Experience
Javier previously worked with COO Greg Spears in the Wells Fargo Advisors PCG channel from 2017-2019 as Operations Liaison, being the operational point of contact for a Kansas Market area consisting of 14 branches and 200 team members. He then joined RBC Capital Markets as Operations Manager and again served multiple branches and team members across a multi-state area. Prior to joining FCS, Javier was a mutual fund and equity trader at LPL Financial, assisting dozens of clients and financial advisors daily with trading assistance, inquiries, corrections, and problem resolution.
