About Javier

Javier joined FCS in January 2023 as Administrative Manager. He assists COO Greg Spears with the branch’s operational, compliance, marketing and technology needs. His past experience in wealth management operations and trading across several firms brings value to the FCS team. Javier was promoted to Branch Manager in January 2025.

Javier is a KC native who enjoys attending Chiefs and Royals games and concerts at the Kauffman Center. Javier supports local performing arts and theater and has played piano and woodwinds for over thirty years.
